Radiance by Alyson Noel



 Riley is dead.  She has gone to a place called Here,  where the time is always Now,and where dreams supposedly comes true.  Riley can manifest anything that she wants, yet she still hates it in Here and Now. Finally, the day comes when Riley is summoned to the council. Will Riley find what she has been looking for? -AK
