Wings of Fire by Tuti Sutherland

Wings of Fire is a book about the dragons of destiny. The sand wing queen died so the three rival sisters,  Burn, Blister and Blaze, started a war for the throne. The 5 dragons: Clay, Tsunami, Sunny, Glory and Starlight are the destined dragons to stop the war. They live in a cave under a mountain guarded by the talons of peace but the dragons always wanted to escape so Clay escapes through an under ground tunnel. But when they escape,  they are captured by queen Scarlet of the skywings and she takes them to her palace in the sky. Will the dragons escape?  Read the book to find out.  CM

    I really liked the part where the dragons drugged the evil guards with marshmallows and snuck out of the cave during the eclipse. NK
